  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 cup Lobster Stock
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Cooked Lobster Meat, chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in lobster stock and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
  5. Add chopped lobster meat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve over mashed potatoes.
