Lobster Sauce for Mashed Potatoes

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- 1 cup Lobster Stock
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Cooked Lobster Meat, chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in lobster stock and bring to a simmer.
Stir in heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
Add chopped lobster meat and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve over mashed potatoes.
