Ingredients

  • 1 large head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the cauliflower florets until tender, about 8-10 minutes. Drain well.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
