Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef liver sliced
  • 2 large Onions sliced
  • ½ cup Flour for dredging
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Dredge the liver slices in flour, salt, and pepper mixture.
  3. 3. Cook the liver in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. 4. Remove the liver from the skillet and set aside.
  5. 5. In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Return the liver to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes with the onions.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
