Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil, chopped (optional)
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions 

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add cooked linguine to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  5. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss again.
  6. Serve with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
