Linguine Clams Recipe
A classic Italian pasta dish with fresh clams, garlic, and white wine.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Linguine
- 2 lbs Fresh clams cleaned
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup White wine
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley chopped
1. Cook linguine in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add clams and white wine to the skillet. Cover and cook until clams open, about 5-7 minutes. Discard any that do not open.
4. Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
