  • 1 lb Linguine
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup White wine
  • 2 lbs Clams cleaned
  • 1 cup Parsley chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Add the clams, cover, and cook until the clams open.
  4. 4. Discard any clams that do not open. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat.
  5. 5. Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
