  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber Cucumber sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions
