Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
  • 1 cup Chopped onions
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 head Lettuce separated into leaves

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add shredded carrots, chopped bell peppers, and chopped onions. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
