Instructions
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned.

3. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
