Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Lentil Pasta
  • 1 cup Cooked Lentils
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (400g)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the lentil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Stir in cooked lentils, diced tomatoes, dried basil, and dried oregano. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
