Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Lentils cooked
- 1 cup Mushrooms finely chopped
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils, chopped mushrooms, onion, and garlic.
2. Add bread crumbs, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Form the mixture into patties.
4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Cook patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
6. Serve hot with your favorite sides or in a bun as a burger.
