Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, until the lentils and carrots are tender.
6. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth. Adjust seasoning if needed.
