- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup grated carrots
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, combine lentils, grated carrots, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Form the mixture into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
