Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils cooked
  • 1 head Cabbage large
  • 1 cup Rice cooked
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 can Tomato sauce 15 oz
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Boil cabbage leaves in a large pot for 2-3 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils, rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. 4. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll up, tucking in the sides.
  5. 5. Place rolls in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.
  6. 6. Bake for 45 minutes until heated through and sauce is bubbling.
