Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Lentils cooked
- 1 head Cabbage large
- 1 cup Rice cooked
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 can Tomato sauce 15 oz
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Boil cabbage leaves in a large pot for 2-3 minutes until softened. Drain and set aside.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils, rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
4. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll up, tucking in the sides.
5. Place rolls in a baking dish and cover with tomato sauce.
6. Bake for 45 minutes until heated through and sauce is bubbling.
