Main Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked lentils, chopped mushrooms, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
5. Serve warm.
