Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils cooked
  • 1 cup Mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked lentils, chopped mushrooms, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix everything well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and press it down firmly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the loaf is cooked through.
  6. Let the meatloaf cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
