1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.

3. In a food processor, combine cooked lentils, mushroom mixture, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, cumin, and paprika. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
4. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
5. In the same skillet, heat a bit more olive oil over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
