  • 8 oz Capellini pasta
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Dry white wine
  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the capellini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes, allowing the wine to reduce slightly.
  4. 4. Add the lemon zest and juice to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  5. 5. Toss the cooked capellini pasta in the skillet with the sauce. Use tongs to ensure the pasta is well coated.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
