Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
1. In a bowl, mix lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and black pepper.
2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Grill the chicken skewers for about 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until fully cooked.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
