- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
- 2 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Marinate the chicken with lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
3. Serve the lemongrass chicken over cooked rice. Garnish with extra lime wedges if desired.
