Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest finely grated

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. 2. Remove from heat and let it cool.
  3. 3. Stir in lemon juice and lemon zest.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for about 4 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until it reaches a sorbet consistency.
