Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add quinoa, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. In another pot, heat milk, honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. Combine cooked quinoa with the milk mixture. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve warm or chilled.
