Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 3 units Egg yolks
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon zest

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Let the pie cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
