- 400 g Spaghetti
- 2 Lemons zested and juiced
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh basil chopped
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the lemon zest and juice to the pan, and stir to combine.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss to coat with the lemon mixture.
5. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Serve the lemon pasta topped with fresh basil. Enjoy!
