  • 1 bunch Kale chopped
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped kale and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Pour lemon juice over the kale and mix well.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot.
