Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken about 4 lbs
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 whole Lemon sliced
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
Rub the mixture all over the chicken, making sure to get under the skin.
Place lemon slices inside the chicken cavity and around the chicken in the roasting pan.
Roast the chicken in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes before carving. Serve and enjoy!
