Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
6. Serve hot with lemon wedges.
