Lemon Herb Grilled Chicken with Asparagus

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
5. While the chicken is cooking, toss the asparagus with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
6. Grill the asparagus for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender.
7. Serve the grilled chicken with the asparagus on the side. Enjoy!
