Main Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs chopped (parsley, basil, or dill)
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper freshly ground
In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, garlic, Dijon mustard, and honey.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify.
Stir in the chopped fresh herbs.
Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
