Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  5. 5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
