Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Pasta
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 lemon Lemon Zest zested
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  5. 5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. 6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh parsley before serving.
