Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Lemon juiced and zested
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. Add garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, and rosemary to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until fragrant.
  5. 5. Serve hot, garnished with extra herbs if desired.
