Main Ingredients
- 200 g Soba Noodles
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, ginger, lemon zest, lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey.
3. Toss the cooked soba noodles with the dressing until well coated.
4. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
