Lemon Garlic Shrimp Zoodles Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 medium Zucchini, spiralized
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp, cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
4. Add spiralized zucchini, toss to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
