Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 medium Zucchini, spiralized
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp, cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. 4. Add spiralized zucchini, toss to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
