Main Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- to taste Salt and pepper
- optional Red pepper flakes
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque.
Stir in lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add red pepper flakes if using.
Toss cooked spaghetti with shrimp mixture. Serve immediately.
