Lemon Garlic Shrimp Linguine

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup parsley, chopped
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Add the cooked linguine, lemon juice, lemon zest, and chopped parsley to the skillet. Toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
