  • 8 oz fettuccine
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque.
  4. 4. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Toss the cooked fettuccine with the shrimp mixture. Serve immediately.
