Lemon Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb Asparagus, trimmed
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
Add asparagus to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
Return shrimp to the skillet, add lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Serve hot.
