Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Asparagus, trimmed
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
  4. Add asparagus to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Return shrimp to the skillet, add lemon zest and juice, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
