- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.
