Lemon Garlic Chicken Asparagus Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 piece Lemon juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
3. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Add asparagus to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes until tender.
5. Return chicken to the skillet, add lemon juice and zest, and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
