Lemon Garlic Brussels Sprouts Recipe

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly browned.
