- 1 lb Asparagus trimmed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 unit Lemon zested and juiced
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Add asparagus, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until asparagus is tender, about 8-10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and stir in lemon zest and juice. Serve immediately.
