- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 2 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Add chopped dill and minced garlic. Mix well.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for the flavors to meld.
