Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 lemon Lemon juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Return chicken to the skillet and cook until the sauce has thickened and the chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in butter and parsley. Serve hot.
