Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Pasta any type
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. 6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
