Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
- ¼ cup Flour for coating
- ½ cup Butter divided
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Coat the chicken breasts in flour, shaking off any excess.
3. In a large skillet, melt half of the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
5. Stir in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a simmer.
6. Return the chicken breasts to the skillet and spoon some of the sauce over them. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve the chicken with the lemon butter sauce spooned over the top. Enjoy!
