Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 pound Pound cake, cubed
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 1 cup Lemon curd
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
2. In a trifle dish, layer half of the cubed pound cake.
3. Spread half of the lemon curd over the pound cake.
4. Add a layer of blueberries.
5. Spread half of the whipped cream over the blueberries.
6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
