Ingredients 

Crumble Topping

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter cold and cubed

Filling

  • 4 cups blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar for the crumble topping. Add cold, cubed butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the blueberry mixture.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
