Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any type
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Fresh basil chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. 3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. 4. Stir in lemon zest, lemon juice, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. 6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra basil and Parmesan if desired.
