Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Pasta any type you prefer
  • 1 lb Asparagus trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add asparagus to the pan and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add cooked pasta, lemon zest, and lemon juice to the pan. Toss to combine.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
