Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Lavender
  • 1 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 cups Cold Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar. Heat until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. 2. Remove from heat and add 1 tablespoon of dried lavender. Let it steep for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher.
  4. 4. Add 1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice and 4 cups of cold water to the pitcher. Stir well.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator before serving. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and lavender sprigs if desired.
